Onward and Upward

happy 4th

i think i left off sunday night. just when i thought that i will be able to sleep reasonably better, i did not. i slept 4am monday morning. come 2am monday, mike called charlotte and asked her to go with him to eat. he was coming from the ritz that time. starving, i came with them. steak & shake. then went back home, watched little tv with everyone then dozed off 4am.

8.30 joe called me to pick them up. picked them up, drove them home (jema) then when we got to his house, his parents talked to me again. then i had to leave to fix up to attend his parents' picnic thing. we went together. had lunch there then left to go to practice at james' house all the way to the westside. i was seriously tired/sleepy, he drove ms. solara the whole time. practice. got to talk a little with m. after practice, went to crazy sushi to meet up with fellow sfcs for dinner. met some of sfc out-of-towners. supposed to watch a movie with all the others, fell through. i needed to stay in the car to start working on the manual/report thing. did, then joe went to the car to stay with me. thank you! :) then people started to leave. grabbed some coffee [to jump-start my head] then brought jema home. we stayed at my house. i let him sleep the whole time i was reading. having him there sleeping kept me awake [sorry for the weird analogy]. drove him home afterwards. found it hard to sleep (almost 3am), eventually did. then woke up for today.

5.45 i had to get ready for mgt. all good, got here really early, 7am. an hour earlier. good thing my soon-to-be boss did not catch me yawning during our almost-whole-day meeting. [i was good at it] worked on orientation and other stuff. it's nice here, i got my own room. done by 3. soon ill be heading out of here. my eyes are starting to hurt. then tonight we'll hit the gym. :)

i hope it's not raining when i get out. i miss coffee, i miss touching her! [my dog]
no fireworks for me last night - well, not entirely, just glimpses of them.. next time..
