Last Valentine's day, Joseph called me at work and said, "Hey Happy Valentine's Day, guess what." What? "We got a house". Finally. That was a great surprise. So during our lunch break, I know I've got to see the house. Let me tell you, it was very pretty. It had the high ceilings my heart has been longing for. And then there's this huge wall, make that two huge walls, where we can hang our 8 by 5 ft engagement portrait! How amazing is that. Kitchen is bigger. We actually have two living room areas. I don't know what we can put in the other room, the bigger one. This is just much nicer. Super new, 2-story. 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 half bath. Very roomy backyard, that of course Hercules claimed as his territory right away, a dining area. After I had my first tour of the house, he went "Happy Valentine's day, I love you Beb." That was his gift. Very sweet. By far, although he didnt have to spend on it (just yet!), it's his biggest "gift" to me - yet!We should post pics sometime. Better yet, you should see it. Not super grand, but much better than the first one. Here's a confession and nagging feeling I have. I don't think we never really finished unpacking in our first home. Hopefully this time, we will.

yay! nice update! congrats on the new place. i haven't had a chance to update as well. it's been 3 months of the married life and though i've just moved my stuff, still not fully settled in as well. can't wait to see the pics!
