Talk about a fantabulous weekend at the store! I made all of my segments this whole weekend! Definitely some brownie points! =) Met my dollars and conversion! (Conversion is the ratio of how many people walk into the store and actually buy something). I'm glad I'm becoming more of a Conversion manager than an ADS (average dollar per sale) manager.
Compliance is coming up at First Command. Nervous=Antsy. Inspectors from the National Board of Financial Securities is coming to our office next week. aaahhhh! Oh well.
Anyway... I know this blog is like.. whhhat?
