Onward and Upward

gone for a great time

i left jax with dad to go to mississippi friday afternoon to pick up hubby. we got there almsot 11.30 that night. picked him up then went to the hotel and crashed. well, not really, at least not right away. the next day we (saturday), we left ms around 8.30 and started the exciting trip back home. got home almost 3 that afternoon. lounged the parentals' house for a bit then went home to get ready for the family dinner. he finally saw what i got for him. yeah, an m11 pair of jeans, two graphic tees, long-sleeve dress shirt and a 2-button coat/jacket (you know those casual types). we had it at roy's. good time, we're glad mom and dad liked the place. that night he wore the dress shirt which i thought he looked gorgeous plus the new jeans. even mom and dad noticed the new shirt. cheers! =) then went back to the parents' house for a bit then headed out. mom was telling us not to stay or go out anymore, BUT we just had to. so we went to twisted martini. we had a glorious time there! he saw a more than a handful people he knew. good for him! promiscuous made my night. yes, he danced! at least how i thought it was, haha! baby, you we're great! closing time, we had to use the restroom, so we went to the hyatt hotel nearby. then took some pics while walking along the err.. river.

the next morning, went to mass then breakfast at ellen's with parents. went home to rest. woke up at 2. lunch at 3. watched x-men3 at 7, dinner at friday's at 9. it's amazing how far we've gone from that first date. i remembered exactly what he was wearing that first date. (oh by the way, he wore the new jacket and his new tee to mass that morning).
