so from the fishing day, lots of fun. for a first time fisher girl. =) was happy!
tuesday, i was really enjoying this vacation. all good! so anyway, tuesday, i picked joseph from work then we went to the avenue's mall. ive always liked that mall, it just takes you longer to get there [time-wise]. anyway, bought m a gift for her leaving for england. afterwhich, met up with zel and gracee at wasabi. good dinner! =)talk about frog meat. the things you make me do my love[!] i ate frog meat. not bad, thanks gracee for being my encourager that it's just like "chicken". still [eww..] oh well.. wednesday, i was at the airport to say bye to m [one of dearest dearest dearest friends here]. after seeing m set off, helped a friend who has been having issues. you'll be fine. did bowling that same night. my first time. not bad, not too bad. =) thursday, had a super quick lunch at mcdo with joseph. he had to meet with his recruiter that afternoon. being the insider, i met up with some people for joe's surprise party. hmmm. then st. john's town center after. then joe called. met up with him at my house. watched original sin and one-hour photo at home. movies in the theatre didnt thrill us enough. friday called for some business opportunity. joseph and i met up with chico and his dad at panera. very interesting, im thinking about it. ran some errands with joseph, then had lunch at their house. serious preparations for his party. so to start off, his mom and i worked on the lumpia while he went off to work. nice conversation. it's always fun listening to her mom's stories. i think we did more than 200 [?]. rested afterwards,was a little sleepy i remember. then joe got home. it felt different waiting for him come home while i am at his house, that was around 4 hours of being there at his house without him. all good. then we left to look around for gifts we can get his mom. we thought of getting her fishes [the big one might eat them], birds [but she really wanted a dog].. we ran out of other ideas. she had too many clothes already. for dinner, we went to his ninang hermie's house. good food. ms. hot/cold's card was there [grrrr]. oh well,then dave & buster's for a gift card. played a little. all good. saturday, oh yeah, lunch at pf chang's for his mom's birthday [which was actually sunday]. good lunch. went around the town center. i fell in love with the polaroid. then we [joe and i] had to leave because he had to return to work. hmm but something far more important came up, so as some false alarms. [darn] 3 parties that night to go to. 1st stop, a birthday party for one of joe's friends. then off to sarah's housewarming, one of my closest friends. nice house, but the frog bathroom and picture frame and candle holder [not for me]. i love you girl,im happy to hear the great news. brandon+sarah! and off to james' party [well, afterparty]. we ended up watching monsters inc. one of the best movies of all time. keep the door open ;p oh my loonnggg day! joseph's mom's birthday was another long day, very well celebrated. morning of sunday after mass, we prepared [cooked actually] lunch. it was fun working with them in the kitchen. had lunch. then after lunch and convo session, joe and i went to hopefully get her a gift that night. felt sad because i also missed the last day of the annual adoption week for animals. oh well, we ended up not getting her anything material. we got to make her say yes to go out that night. i proposed the grape. loser, it was closed. so off to dave & busters [cheesecake here we come!] went there, had few drinks and then some. d&b was my treat. happy birthday auntie. the games was my dear joe's. his mom and dad as well had fun. i did. since according to his dad it was still early, we went to rusty grill. his mom danced a little. not longer that 20mins, we left. went home to their house. ok, something out of the ordinary.. ready? oh yeah, out of the blue, his mom wanted to say hi and called my parents in manila. no heart attack but joe and i were like.. [oh my gosh]. all good. everything's okay. it was a happy thing realy. =)
the following week was busy busy busy. for joe's party in particular.
monday: chores for me at home too. for a productive day, joe and i met up to watch just like heaven. it was alright. tuesday: gym & volleyball [finally, i felt healthier afterwards]. wednesday-friday: a lot of grocerying and food preps. within these days, i bought the stuff for joe's scrapbook, collected his baby pictures, got his dance shoes [he noticed it was missing eventually], i took the video clip of his parents' message to him, i had to record mine and do the scrapbook pages 2 to almost 5am of friday. oh well, friday was household meeting at stef's house. another healthy thing to do. good talk with sisters. then we went back to st.john's with some sfc. the big day several hours away!joseph's party coming up soon! you'll love this part! =)
