Onward and Upward

feels odd staying here at home, 4:32 in the afternoon - for some reason. my sisters have always teased me about being always out with - joseph [as usual]. so for some odd reason, im here home alone waiting for [i dunno]. i just finished cleaning and organizing some stuff. i read my sister's xanga for the first time. she talked about my engagement. i think the whole deal of being married is yet finding its way to settle in my consciousness. dont get me wrong, im excited and looking forward. it's the little things you [or should i say I] cant do much [or maybe, anymore] that make me think. she said that for now, things havent changed but she know eventually it will become so evident that i'll be living my own life. that i'll be leaving soon. no tears. [yet]. it's alright. we'll be alright. few more hours* getting there fast then we'll take it slow.i wish i could so blog about it but i had to put it on hold for now.

the past week after joe's party has been quite a fast ride. there had been serious talks about weddings. pictures, lunch, dinners. but also had some unfavorably unnecessary events. i just shook the bad ones off. there are bigger things happening here.

had lunch with some close family friends today at chili's. nice talk with my auntie. all in the lines of getting married. kept calling me mrs. devera.

by the way, you see my counter at the bottom of this blog page? it gives me goosebumps. im terribly going to miss joseph. who do i eat chicken nuggets with? who'll finish my food? who do i share those big cheesecakes with? oh well, there many other things ill miss doing. eight weeks seems bearable but the long wait after is the real deal. tech school. actually for the 1st year* after our engagement, we would not even be together. he said we'll be fine. ya, we'll be fine.
