nothing much, i will be serving again inthe clp later tonight. i have not even started packing for my trip to texas. i think i should start doing that in a short while. oh well, early mass tomorrow with the parentals. hope all is well with you.

it's quite difficult to guide without looking at your template. anyway, i give another shot. again, backup everything b4 modifying.
try this ...
remove all the following (if can find) this controls the blog title which you configured in your dash
< h1 id="blog-title">
< ItemPage>< a href="< $BlogURL$>">< /ItemPage>
< $BlogTitle$>
< ItemPage>< /a>< /ItemPage>
< /h1>
< p id="description"><$BlogDescription$>< /p>
< /div>
Add the following:-
< img src="your photobucket URL"
width="640" height="200">
< /div>
This code block have to be between < /head> & < div id="content"> which means after header closing tag & before beginning of the content div id tag (which is really beginning for all the codes for you actual blog content)
Also 644pix (i think, depends on template as well) across is the default for blogger, so you need to resize/crop the image to something less otherwise unpredictable things happens. I have use 640 x 200 pix for my header image
