solo flight no. ____
As soon as I woke up, I'm so thankful for good friends. The seriously good ones. Lessons learned from the previous post should be taken by the heart, not easy though. But will help you survive at least - from the cruel intentions of the world. [that's deep.. ehem]
Anyway, not too long after I found out I was home alone, I decided to go to Regency Mall earlier today and visited Chum. She's our jewelry friend. I finally had the chance to show her the engagement and wedding pictures that has been long overdue. She thought those were really nice. Too bad Elena wasn't there. After some chit-chat with Chum, I headed to Dillard's just to look around. Then I went to St. John's Town Center not too long after. I checked out Staples. By the way, I was with ravvy. Anyway, at Staples, I think there were just 3 customers there including myself. I went through every aisle, to kill, something you can also do at Walmart or Target. Since I pretty much saw what Staples had to offer, I decided to go eat. Leaving the Town Center, I was thinking if I'll go to Denny's, Village Inn or [light bulb over the head] Sweet Tomatoes [I was missing the Chicken Asiago Salad -if I got that right]. I eventually found myself driving to Sweet Tomatoes. Just as I was paying at the cashier, someone was calling my name. I turned, it was our Ninang Minda and Ninong from the wedding. Sweet. They were asking who I was with, and I told them I was on solo flight. Sat with them, good to have company. We had a good conversation. After dinner, we convoyed going home. But before I headed home,I passed by at the parents' house. I visited parents and grabbed few dvds from Joe's collection that I could watch for the night. I got Chasing Pappi, My First Romance, Last Breath [i think that was the title] and What Dreams May Come [this is a keeper]. I watched the first two. Hmm, almost a movie marathon but I stopped at two. Oh well. a little drama later that night. Thank God for voice mails. =)
Question: Would you rather be the past or the future?
