i feel good today
i feel like i've been pretty productive today. i watered my lawn for like almost 3 hours. [i'm doing it manually, i enjoy the solitude], cleaned my garage, and did some laundry.
i'm supposed to meet up with.. by the way, the solara got hit. scratches and dent, signal light broken plus part of the right headlight. this has gone frustrating. less than two months since i got the solara, my youngest sister got it hurt. she was on a stop sign, then some absent-minded guy hit her from the rear. then, just last week, my other sister was making a u-turn in a clubhouse the she got hit by the incoming rodeo. it's just... sad, and upsetting. you know, like when you're really trying to take care of things. that car was a gift from dearest lolo. oh well, what's done is done. going back, was supposed to meet up with the rodeo guy this afternoon but it seems like today's turning tomorrow.
anyway, what made me feel good are the stuff i did plus i did one good deed. when i was watering my lawn, the recyclables were being collected. when it was our turn, i gave the garbage collector some of my favorite danish butter cookies. "it's not much but you might get hungry later." the thank-you smile was rewarding, but it was even more rewarding for me. felt good. =)
but the best part is... im going to mississippi!!!! =) i'll be seeing you soon hubby!! very soon! i guess i'll be driving either the solara [ouch!] or the camry. anyhow, i'll be there. i'm excited! =)
yesterday, i found out that we are *** ********. no greater remembrance of the last day of last year*.
and i made my way back to the gym - finally.
i just remembered i haven't blogged about this. hubby was supposed to buy me a beagle.. almost! but i said we should hold it off. just for me to think about it because that puppy was pricey. then two days later [just two short days later], puppy village had a sale. [can't quite believe they put those cute puppies to sale].. beagle's gone. it broke my heart. =( there was a jack russell, but he's a little too hyper for me. oh well, maybe next time. but man, that was a beagle, been waiting for that for ages...
