Onward and Upward

we'll have to see. i came from a meeting with a prospective hotel we can have the reception at yesterday. again, 6th is booked. hayy.. BUT they seemed really nice to work with so i can go with the 13th. joseph is good with it. yay! but, on the other side, mom and dad suggest we keep the original date. well, this is my deal. i'd rather have a nice wedding in a nice place over having it on the 6th with a place we are not too happy about. i understand it's all about how we will celebrate it but for me, the place matters. it might change but as of press time, it does. mom mentioned that if we want to stick with the date, let's just have it where it is available. - i cant do that. it's just once you'll have one, (at least your first church wedding because there might be more when your renew your vows), so i'd like it to be really nice.

im excited! im gradually finding the right people to work with. ill be meeting up with my videographer this weekend. another meeting with another florist next week. will meet the baker soon. i went to a bridal show yesterday. it was not as big as i thought, but oh well. i won a door prize! yey! i tried two possible dresses for the bridal party.

anyway, a handful of people are surprised that i am still working. yup, working both jobs. can't complain. im working with great people - i'll miss them when i move.

i finally have buyers for my lot and (sniff) house. but im happy that they will go to people i trust. thank you jesus!! =)

sometimes when i have the luxury of not being at work and not in a meeting for the wedding or the properties, im so thankful that im finding time to do all these things. kate moved to gainesville for college. lalot's somewhere else too. im all alone at home, no hubby to hug or kiss, no noisy sisters... i guess we're really more grown-up than we think we are.

anyway, it's been a fabulous busy day for me! oh and by the way, i know how to ring people now at the store. i've been procastinating and trying to skip the training. it's cool! bebe, i miss you! i love you!
