Onward and Upward

In Full Swing

So the hubby and I are back to Great Falls, arrived Mon - back to the daily grind of work, work - and work. We were both not too thrilled but being home in our own house is such a big comfort. Very happy! Unfortunately, when we got back here in MT, we were missing one bag (which contained my brushes.. darn) and some food from home (thanks Mom!). So that was a bummer. We got it yesterday though.

So here's a rundown what happened during our one-week trip to Jax:

Monday. Almost whole day flying. I can't believe I slept through it. My neck was hurting so bad. So the hubby's shoulder came in very handy! I had to bring this huge poster to Jax. We could just see curiosity in people's eyes. Oh well, I think I'm getting used to that having brought a whole box of Krispy Kreme from Jax to Great Falls. That was fun - Krispy Kreme made people much nicer. Anyway, so we got home and just stayed at the parentals' house until we had to pick up Ms Solara. Oooh, I missed that car! She's still pretty. Thanks to Ate Bel, for watching over that darling. Chatted a little bit with Bel and Jon and went home.

Tuesday. Long drive to Actionville, all the way to Northside. Meeting with Agnes. Went to Bed, Bath and Beyond real quick. Then off to Aimee's bday at China King. Watched Chuck and Larry at AMC.

Wednesday. Omni at 12 with Kim and Danita. Town Center. At Bebe, saw Candice! Played chess. Wow it's been a long time. Saw Erika and Steven then ran into Lora, my MAC friend! Starbucks. Dinner at Koi with Anne and Bel. A really late trip to Auntie Ruth to get my Wedding dress.

Thursday. Meeting at the church with Amy for the flowers. Lunch at home. Krispy Kreme for the ladies for the shoot. The 6-hour Bridal Shoot. Luv you Agnes and Jackie! - I was in very good hands. Chicken wings at Hooters at The Landing.

Friday. Mass at Bunnell. Meeting with Fr. Art, selected readings for the wedding mass. Food tasting at The Omni with Dad. Hilarious punch lines. Home,napped. Meeting with Rainer at Panera. Engagement Session from 5-9pm . Sushi Cafe with Agnes & Damon. Great sushi!

Saturday. Meeting at The Omni - linens. Express (express shopping) saw Kennesha! Surprise Bridal Shower. Home - clean-up. The Avenue's. Bought some face stuff (which I can't find anywhere when we got home), new shoes. Watched The Simpsons at Tinseltown. I slept halfway through it. Can't believe that! Sorry Homey!

Sunday. Mass at St. Paul's. Breakfast at Ellen's. Napped at home. Video Montage at Maggianos. I'm excited. Also video some friends for the website. Sephora broke my heart, saw Theresa! Dinner at Maggianos. Kim joined us for the meeting. Met with Trish for cake. She says it will be gorgeous, I'm excited. Walmart real quick. Packed, crammer style. Thanks to hubby, he did most of it. =)

Then Monday, flying day again. We both slept through it. Wow, we were tired. It was fun. We got some inmportant things done. Bummer: The hubby didn't get to have his Smoothie King.
Overall, it was good. 2 years down to a little more than 2 months.
